EWQ donates to the Pink Ribbon campaign for every NPS response received

Responding to this year’s customer satisfaction survey (NPS) is more meaningful than ever. In addition to providing us with valuable insights to improve our solutions and services, each response contributes to a donation to the Pink Ribbon campaign by the Cancer Foundation.

We want to hear about our customers’ experiences – and do something meaningful at the same time. Each year, we conduct an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey to measure customer satisfaction and improve our services with a more customer-centric approach. This year, for every response received, we will make a donation to the Pink Ribbon campaign by the Cancer Foundation. The donation campaign began in September and will run until the end of 2025.

Customer-centricity is one of our core values. For us, collecting feedback is not just about metrics, it’s about listening, understanding, and evolving. EWQ serves thousands of active customers across the Nordics, and by understanding their needs, we build long-lasting and successful relationships.

The Pink Ribbon campaign supports Finnish cancer research as well as those affected by cancer and their loved ones.

“We chose this cause because we want to support important and impactful work that touches the lives of many Finns. The Cancer Foundation’s mission is close to our hearts, and we believe that small actions can lead to big changes,” says Sanni Siilin, EWQ’s ESG & CSR Manager.

Cancer Foundation & Pink Ribbon

The Cancer Foundation Finland, funded by Finnish donations, supports people affected by cancer and their loved ones, promotes cancer prevention, and finances cancer research with the goal that no one should have to die from cancer. It is the most significant private supporter of cancer research in Finland.

The Cancer Foundation’s Pink Ribbon campaign has been raising funds for Finnish cancer research since 2003. Since autumn 2020, the campaign has expanded to support research not only into breast and gynecological cancers but all types of cancer. In addition, donations help maintain the Cancer Societies’ Luoto support service, which provides professional psychosocial support from healthcare and social work professionals.
