EWQ attended ISE 2026 and showcased EWQ SuperQueue for Samsung VXT. The biggest takeaway was clear: retail is doubling down on in store experience powered by smarter screens.

At this year’s ISE, several clear shifts stood out.

Retail signage is becoming operational. It is no longer just about branding, but about delivering real time information that reduces friction and improves flow on the shop floor.

Cloud management is the new baseline. Retailers are prioritising faster rollouts, easier updates, and less on site work as standard requirements rather than added benefits.

Content also needs to be context aware. It must be store specific, time based, and connected to what is actually happening on the floor in order to create meaningful impact.

At the same time, innovation is shifting from wow to works. The focus is increasingly on measurable impact, simpler deployments, and scalable ecosystems that support long term performance.

ISE 2026 reinforced a clear message: the most exciting solutions are not the flashiest ones, but the ones that make stores run better and feel better.
