The renewal stems from our desire to offer a clearer, more user-friendly, and informative online service that meets today’s needs. The new site helps you find the information you’re looking for quickly and easily, whether you’re comparing our services, getting in touch, or placing an order.
As part of the website update, we’ve also clarified our service offering. EWQ’s solutions are built around three core services: EWQ Price Communication,EWQ Queuing Solutions, and EWQ Retail Media.
At the heart of these services is EWQ ZONE, an intelligent ecosystem where services work seamlessly together without disconnected systems. EWQ ZONE is designed specifically for the needs of retail, combining technology, customer insight, and commercial impact into one unified solution.
The website is available in three languages: English, Finnish, and Swedish. In 2026, we will also launch a Danish version.

Online store closed – ordering still made easy
Our online store has been closed as part of the website renewal, but ordering EWQ Thermal Paper and EWQ Tickets is still easy. On the new site, you’ll find several ordering options, such as the chat window located in the bottom right corner and order forms available on product pages.
