EWQ’s 30th anniversary schedule & practical information
We’re getting close to celebrating EWQ’s 30th anniversary 🎉 It’s great to see so many of you joining us for the celebration. Here’s the evening schedule together with some practical information before the event.
Please note that the venue is partly outdoors, so we recommend dressing according to the weather. The forecast promises a sunny and summery evening.
The venue is accessible, with step-free access and accessible restroom facilities available. If you have any specific needs, we are happy to assist in advance or on site. We warmly welcome everyone!

Tapiola Golf is centrally located close to Ring Road I, Turunväylä and Ring Road II. Parking spaces are available, but we recommend arriving by public transportation.

EWQ ❤️ Minds Mielipotti Charity Initiative and auction
As part of our anniversary year, we have chosen MIELI Mental Health Finland as our main charitable partner for the entire year. Alongside celebrating, we want to contribute to a meaningful cause by supporting mental health and crisis assistance in a sustained way.
During the evening, we will host a charity auction in support of mental health and crisis assistance provided by MIELI Mental Health Finland. All proceeds will be donated in full through our dedicated Mielipotti fundraising campaign. The highlight item of the auction is a private cruise in the Helsinki archipelago, including dinner for 4–6 guests.
We kindly ask that you do not bring gifts. Please kindly direct any gestures of appreciation to our anniversary year charity initiative, EWQ ❤️ Minds Mielipotti. Donating link you can find below.
Share the celebration with us in social media
We’ll be capturing the spirit of the celebration through photos and videos to share on EWQ’s social media – join us in spreading the moments!
A professional photographer, Niko Laurila Visuals, will be capturing the atmosphere of the evening. In addition, a photo wall will be set up at the venue – stop by for a moment in front of the camera and take home a stylish keepsake from the celebration.

Celebrating sustainably
We celebrate sustainably by making conscious choices that support both the environment and people’s wellbeing. We have selected rental furniture to promote reuse, and the venue operates using geothermal and solar energy. In addition, we take the event’s carbon footprint into account and compensate emissions by supporting verified emission reduction projects carried out in Finland.
We enjoy the evening responsibly and take care of one another. We also support mental health work in collaboration with MIELI Mental Health Finland.

Kohta juhlitaan EWQ:n 30-vuotista taivalta 🎉 On hienoa nähdä, että niin moni tulee mukaan juhlimaan kanssamme.
Huomioittehan, että juhlatila sijaitsee osittain ulkona, joten suosittelemme pukeutumaan sään mukaisesti. Sääennusteen mukaan luvassa on aurinkoinen ja kesäinen ilta.
Tila on esteetön, ja käytössämme on esteetön sisäänkäynti sekä WC-tilat. Mikäli sinulla on erityistarpeita, autamme mielellämme etukäteen tai paikan päällä. Toivotamme kaikki lämpimästi tervetulleiksi!

EWQ ❤️ Minds Mielipotti -Hyväntekeväisyystempaus ja -huutokauppa
Juhlavuotemme kunniaksi olemme valinneet MIELI ry:n koko vuoden pääasialliseksi hyväntekeväisyyskohteeksemme. Haluamme juhlimisen ohella tehdä myös jotain merkityksellistä ja tukea mielenterveys- ja kriisiauttamistyötä pitkäjänteisesti. Illan aikana järjestettävä hyväntekeväisyyshuutokauppa tukee MIELI ry:n mielenterveys- ja kriisiauttamistyötä, ja kaikki tuotot lahjoitetaan lyhentämättömänä Mielipotti-keräyksemme kautta.
Illan päähuutokohteena on yksityinen risteily Helsingin saaristossa sekä illallinen 4–6 hengelle. Emme toivo lahjoja. Ohjaattehan mahdolliset muistamiset tähän juhlavuoden hyväntekeväisyyskohteeseen EWQ Minds Mielipottiin. Lahjoituslinkki löytyy alta.

Vastuullisesti juhlien
Juhlimme vastuullisesti ja teemme tietoisia valintoja ympäristön ja ihmisten hyvinvoinnin puolesta. Olemme valinneet vuokrakalusteet edistääksemme uudelleenkäyttöä, ja juhlatila hyödyntää maalämpöä sekä aurinkoenergiaa. Lisäksi huomioimme juhlan hiilijalanjäljen ja kompensoimme päästöt tukemalla Suomessa toteutettavia, verifioituja päästövähennyshankkeita.
Nautimme illasta vastuullisesti ja huolehdimme toisistamme. Tuemme myös mielenterveystyötä yhteistyössä MIELI ry:n kanssa.
